Passport & Pearls was born from a simple observation: so many incredible people miss out on the world because they lack a travel partner or feel intimidated by the unknown. Having met our own closest friends as solo travelers, we created these retreats to bridge that gap and dissolve the hesitation that holds you back.

We offer a unique, supportive environment that begins long before takeoff with pre-trip workshops, ensuring you arrive among friends rather than strangers. With multiple guides providing personalized, side-by-side support—and a flexible itinerary that balances group connection with your own independence—we remove the stress of logistics. Charlotte Warn brings over three decades of experience in the healing arts and retreat leadership to the Passport & Pearls team. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and the intuitive coach behind Aroma Oracles, she has spent thirty years mastering nervous system regulation and embodied transformation. By blending a lineage of spiritual healing with a deep connection to the land, Charli ensures that our travelers experience more than just a destination—they experience a true journey of self-discovery.

Charli’s expertise shines as a seasoned retreat host. She has guided women through intimate, transformative journeys in sacred locations such as Sedona, Mount Shasta, and the Mexican Yucatán. Her presence on the team ensures that every retreat is a safe, restorative, and deeply meaningful space for our sisterhood to grow and thrive.

Having spent years in France and Brazil, Alexis possesses a deep, firsthand mastery of international cultures and languages. Her global residency and passion for empowering women make her an invaluable guide for those looking to explore the world with curiosity and authentic connection.

Following her career with United Airlines, she channeled her passion for community into founding Sarasota Honey Co., where she continues to lead as an entrepreneur and public speaker.

Alma’s unique background provides a specialized lens for creating inclusive, high-touch travel experiences. Fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational French, she believes that thorough preparation is the foundation of a bold journey. Alma is dedicated to managing every detail behind the scenes so that our guests can step into a seamless, extraordinary adventure with total peace of mind.
